2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the product weight, size, and delivery destination of your luggage and bag items.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance procedures, severe weather conditions, regional logistical constraints, or statutory holidays. Bulky oversized luggage items may require slightly longer transit time.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing complete tracking information and carrier details for your package.
Tracking details typically become available within 24-48 hours after shipment as logistics carriers update transit data. You can check the latest delivery status of your baggage order online anytime via the tracking number.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address, including detailed street information, zip code and contact phone number, is accurate and complete at checkout before submitting your order.
WALDEN JUSTIN JAMEL is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to address errors, invalid recipient information or failed delivery, additional reshipping fees will be borne by the customer for secondary delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and tracking information. Our customer service team will initiate a logistics investigation for you.
Damaged Items:
Due to the particularity of luggage and bag products, if your order arrives damaged, deformed or with defective accessories, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the damaged items, internal accessories and outer packaging. We will review the situation and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with reasonable solutions such as replacement or compensation.

6. Product Usage and Packaging Notice

Our luggage and bag products are manufactured with standard craftsmanship. Customers shall use, store and maintain the products in accordance with conventional daily usage specifications. WALDEN JUSTIN JAMEL is not responsible for product damage caused by improper storage, man-made collision, overloading, private modification or abnormal use.
All products are packaged with professional shockproof and protective materials. Private disassembly of the official packaging without authorization during delivery inspection is not recommended, which may affect damage claim verification.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country’s local policies. These official charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout.
Customers shall abide by the import regulations of the destination country. We will provide complete customs declaration documents as required to assist with customs clearance procedures.
